On 04/23/2022, a parcel with paid home delivery was sent to my name, since I have two small children and there is no one to leave them with.. I got a call from the post office and was invited to personally pick up the parcel, as it is bulky and the postman cannot deliver. It turned out at the post office that the weight of the parcel was 1,808 kg. I asked three times about paying for the delivery, only the third time I was told that I didn't need to pay for anything. The question arises: the service has not been performed and the money has not been returned, where did the money go? This is not the first time this has happened. We also subscribed to the author's magazines several times, but the magazines never came.

Sometimes I come here to pick up a package. You have to stand in line every time, sometimes more, sometimes less, but nothing changes from year to year. The staff is not very friendly, however, as in a state-owned enterprise. But I want to note that the mail has started to work much faster lately.
Employees are you aware that an email sent by EMS (for good money) is delivered to the recipient by courier??? And do not write in the delivery that it is impossible to deliver and at the same time send a notification so that the recipient himself comes. Then why do you rip off the expensive (58 rubles for an envelope weighing 23 grams), so that we can also walk ourselves.

The communications department is not bad. The delivery of parcels is carried out by two operators (they work promptly). Minus one, they begin to impose a subscription or a lotto ticket, which is not very pleasant.
It is better not to go there on the days of payment of utility bills. The queues are crazy. The parcel delivery service has improved somewhat recently.
