We were on vacation with a 6-month-old baby in Asia, money on the card and cash, rest for another 3 weeks. And money starts being debited from the card online: $ 100, then another $ 100, I write to support, they say they can't do anything, block the card! Is it okay that I was counting on her?!

You need to open another card to transfer a large amount from your account. We came to the bank. They didn't open the card because half of the stamp in the passport was washed out by the rain, and I think that a couple of years ago they opened the card with the same stamp so that I could throw my money on it. As a result, I have a huge amount of money frozen in my account, and I'm not going to change my passport. I traveled to many countries with this stamp, it didn't bother anyone at all, there is a serial number. I don't advise anyone to contact this bank, it's the worst!

The most terrible bank in the Republic of Belarus. I received a newsletter on their moneyback promotion in April 2025. I opened a belcard 123 card and topped it up from another bank in Belarus (my own). And as a result, I get the application and all accounts blocked! How do you understand that? The security service hides behind obscure operators. The management is not paying attention. All that remains is to write a statement to the police and then file a lawsuit.
