Good plays, cosy building, but it needs a renovation for using new technologies in performance. If you like dances, music, sings and humor it can be recommended for a visit.

It was a discovery for me to see the performance and music in one bottle. Like a musical feature film, only live. A live orchestra. A nice buffet with tables. Beautiful interior. Very beautiful chandeliers. The toilet is also decent!)
I really liked it. I recommend.
Minuses:
- if by car, it is difficult to park, despite the large parking lot.
-the extreme seats in all rows are not for tall people, the knees strongly rest against the seat in front. So whoever is long, take the seats closer to the middle or the balcony.
- there is a good buffet with a good assortment (cognac, vodka, champagne, martinis, boosters with fish and caviar, other snacks, cakes), but if you hesitated during the intermission, then the drunk will be, but only a chocolate bar will be available
- coffee in the buffet is twice as expensive as in the machine next to it.
- tricky ones, keep in mind, you can't bring food and alcohol with you.

We often come here for performances. Convenient location, good repertoire. Everyone will find a production to their liking. Talented actors. Unfortunately, there are substitutions of performances. Affordable ticket prices. There is no pathos and pomposity.
Friendly professional staff, good buffet.
The interior lacks a bit of a single style, a lot of steps and floor drops (you need to look at your feet). Not a barrier-free environment.
I recommend it for a pleasant and relaxing evening.

Bright, dynamic, grandiose, professional. The most beautiful musical accompaniment! Orchestra. Live music. Well-known and beloved melodies and songs. Good acting. Basilio the cat and Alice the Fox are separate praises. They surprised me with their complete dedication.

The theater itself is atmospheric. It's nice to be inside. A good aftertaste from visiting this theater and its productions.

I would like to express my gratitude to the management and artists of the theater for the tour to Svetlogorsk. It's so great that people have the opportunity to enjoy wonderful productions in the countryside. We recently came with the musical comedy "Babi Riot". Excellent production, Directed by bravo!!! Artists are professionals in their field. Costumes, sets, choreography, vocals - everything is thought out to the smallest detail!!!! The audience is thrilled👍
I would like other theaters to follow your example and go to the periphery. As Voltaire said, "The theater teaches in a way that a thick book cannot."

It's a wonderful theater. Good repertoire. I was at the musical "Blue Cameo", got in a great mood and was very pleased with the performance of the artists. The beauty in the costumes, the interior, the scenery, and the voices are just a fairy tale. I love this theater! The performances are always on top! The last one was visited on March 2. "The bat" is beyond praise! The staff is friendly. Seats in the hall with a good rise are always well visible. Bonus - delicious and fresh pastries in the buffet. There is one disadvantage - there are not enough cubicles in the toilet and if the hall is full, then the queue is simply unthinkable.

It's a good theater. You can have a great time. Wonderful productions ranging from children's plays to adults. I don't remember how many years ago I watched (the child was small), but I still remember the play Pinocchio bye - it was something incredible (live sound, orchestra, great actors, especially the cat and the fox). The last time an adult attended a musical event where famous Italian hits were sung (it was wonderful).

Definitely a scoop nostalgic atmosphere, I like it. Huge queues at the buffet, toilet, wardrobe. A large troupe, many performances. Not all actors are good, but in general, the atmosphere of a professional theater creates comfort. The hall is old, but comfortable enough. I recommend.

Wonderful children's performances! It's a pity that there aren't so many of them, they've already been reviewed several times! Children are always delighted!
But, the buffet leaves much to be desired. We've bought cakes the last two times, and I'll say it's not cheap. Unfortunately, they didn't like it. And the last time we bought it with salted caramel, but alas… It was bitter, not salty!

We watched the children's play "Kuzya the Housekeeper" here. The building is good (they did not immediately find the entrance), the performance is sincere, it was with an orchestra pit with a gorgeous sound. In fact, for the first time I saw a children's performance with a symphony orchestra (and I've seen more than a hundred of them). It's not cheap (900 rubles in Russian rubles, even for a child), but it was worth it.

I visited this theater yesterday - my impressions are amazing!
The interior is sophisticated and at the same time cozy, the interior is quite spacious. The staff seems to be good, especially the cloakroom attendant is very friendly))
There are a lot of booths in the toilet, so the queue moves fast enough, and there are a million mirrors near the toilets - beauty.
The ticket was for the 18th row, they thought it would be very far away, but even from here everything turned out to be clearly visible, and the rows were so built that even the heads of those who were sitting forward did not interfere here!
About the production. "The Bride from Imereti" is the best performance I've seen so far!! Everything came together here: liveliness, lightness, meanings, humor, songs, dances, heroes and the most gorgeous musical accompaniment by a live orchestra! If you like comedies and see tickets for this performance, I strongly advise you to go, and the audience could not stop applauding.

We were at the musical Romeo and Juliet, had a lot of fun playing actors, music, will remain in my heart forever. There was only one disadvantage - the buffet, it was the only one for such a huge theater, as a result, there were just huge queues, pandemonium, it was impossible to drink coffee or tea, when they reached the box office, the bell rang. I had to choke on cakes and hot tea in a hurry, we were late from the counter. There is enough space, make more points with drinks and desserts. I want to have a nice cultural time, but it turned out like in a diner on Komarovka, doesn't the director see all this?

The Belarusian State Academic Musical Theatre is located in the center of Minsk, next to the main square, which makes it convenient to visit.

A good place for leisure. The play "The Golden Chicken" was liked by children and adults. The actors did well! Beautiful scenery and costumes, the sound is good, the seats are comfortable, each subsequent one is higher than the previous one, which is very pleasing. However, the buffet is not the best. The range is not great. The queue was small, but it took a long time and by the time we ordered the desired product was over. But overall, my impressions of the theater are positive.

A wonderful theater, the actors play from the heart. We were at the production of "Truffaldino from Bergamo" - a very, very wonderful performance. It's colorful, fun, the acoustics are great, everything is audible. The costume designer is just as good - although not historically accurate costumes, but the overall surroundings match. For the gentlemen from the Moscow City Council, it turns out that you can stage historical performances without rubber boots and an Aeroflot pilot's uniform, photographers and school backpacks. At the same time, everything is visible and audible in the hall, no one needs to strain their ears to hear the speeches of the characters. I also want to note the most honorable audience - at the end of the action, no one rushed into the wardrobe, that's it, no, that's it - EVERYONE applauded the actors until the curtain and only then calmly went to the wardrobe, without hustle and bustle... I really, really liked everything. At the first opportunity, it is necessary to visit.
Z.Y. the prices are just very democratic - the ground floor starts from 45 Belarusian rubles (the most expensive price). I remember Moscow prices from 4-6 thousand and above....

We attended the play "Dog in the Manger" by the Tula Theater, who were on tour - vividly, musically, the secondary characters set a great rhythm and the movement did not interfere with the main ones.

We came from Mogilev to see the production of "Juno and Maybe." We had a LOT of fun! Considering that I haven't been able to visit for about 10 years, the difference is striking! Each artist has an individual microphone - every sigh is audible, there is no need to tear his voice, even a whisper is perfectly distinguishable. A live orchestra, each instrument is tuned and brought out. The conductor is just a virtuoso. The sound engineer is a high-level specialist. The light operator is also a high level. The teamwork of the stage staff (working with the scenery) is excellent.
We had a lot of fun. We plan to visit several more productions in the near future.

The most remarkable abode of the Muses. The study of the poster made an impression, the repertoire of more than 30 productions in different genres. The architecture and interior of the theater is typical for Belarus, Soviet Art Nouveau, restraint of style and rationality, which is successfully maintained in perfect order. We watched Jane Eyre. Of course, it's far from the original, I would say more of an interpretation of Cinderella with Bremen Town musicians. We didn't even understand half of what the artists were reciting. Plus, the orchestra was drowning out. Unfortunately, it didn't make much of an impression. We remember Gaida and her Silva... Alas. The Belarusian Academic Musical Theatre in Minsk is undoubtedly one of the most famous and beloved theaters in the country.
The exterior of the theater, built of gray limestone in the style of Soviet modernism, seems
a little cold. But the copper sculptures of the muses above the entrance to the building vividly demonstrate its belonging to music and art.

Now I'm a fan of this theater! A pleasant hall, a great atmosphere, a chic repertoire, pleasant prices.
It is a pity that there are no discounts for students and large families.

They went to this performance together with their sister for 15 years. It was so nice to watch them in the evening after visiting the theater, when they vied with each other about their impressions! They are now your fans too! Thanks to the director, the actors, and the whole team for making you happy, both young and old.
