We often drive to Mosty. We always stop at this gas station, even if we don't need to refuel the car.The well-groomed territory, the cleanliness is simply pleasing. Attentive and friendly gas station staff. The service is fast, they never waited long to have a snack.

In general, it's a typical Bialaru story - whoever managed to jump up to the newly opened cash register is doing well. There was a full refueling of people (30 people), only 3 sellers worked, besides, for the sake of 1 French dog, all three cashiers left for 5 minutes, there was no cook. We missed the bus (we had an excursion stop) and got hit in the ears because of the gas station. The mood is ruined for the whole tour

07.11.2024 at about 12:00 we stood in line for about half an hour. We initially stood at the 2nd checkout, when the cashier was released, we went there for 1. To which the cashier silently turned around and left. The young man refused to serve from the second cash register, they say the cashier will come there soon, wait. It is impossible to refuel the car. There was a queue at the pump behind us, and drivers from other cars were outraged. When asked why the young man did not want to serve us, I heard the answer: "there are many of you, but there are three of us!". Then he went to cook hot dogs further. He repeated several times that he would just leave now.
I think this is not acceptable. The staff is not interested in proper service. We were aiming for a snack, which means spending a lot more money than we ended up with. I didn't want to have lunch in such an institution with such incompetent people. And you won't want to! Rude is rude. I wouldn't take such an employee with me to the team! You lose your image, it's humiliating to allow such a manner of communication! I would really ask the management to pick up the cameras and figure it out. You can't do that, really!

Great gas station! 2 clean bathrooms: at the gas station itself from the street and a separate box. All hygiene products are available: disposable seats, napkins, soap, paper, antiseptic.
