This is the first time I am writing a negative review in my life. I came to refuel with gas at this gas station on Bogatyreva St. 181. The gas pipe is located under the trunk
at the bottom of the car. After paying for the refueling, I approach the tanker, to which I hear the phrase "I can't refuel you, I can't reach the pipe.".. and then I have a shock...For 5 years, we have not heard such a phrase at any gas station, and we refueled in Minsk, in Zhlobin, Dzerzhinsk, Fanipol, along the refueling route, in general, they cannot be listed here. There were both men and women among the gas station employees, and even an elderly man... AND NOT ONCE! no one had any problems!!! Here the tanker tells me - "I have short arms." I suggested to the man, at this gas station, to drive back, where there is no puddle, so that he could get on his knee and reach out. To which I received the answer "What are you suggesting I wet myself?". After that, he begins to assert that we do not have the gas installed correctly, it is necessary that there be in the trunk, although the installation was done according to all the rules in Europe, to which I replied "Wrong because it is inconvenient for you?". His next argument is "According to the instructions, the pipe should be visible", my answer is "Don't you see it???))))". I will immediately make a reservation that according to the rules of gas refueling at Belneftekhim, a tanker should do this, otherwise I would have installed the hose myself at the 7th month of pregnancy and with a decent belly, because even I get it! After my suggestion to cancel the refueling and write a complaint that he can't refuel me because of short arms and fear of getting his knee wet (being in overalls), the man found something to put under his foot and still refuel me. I never wrote a complaint, because there was a charming and well-mannered woman at the checkout and I didn't want her to have to explain something because of her colleague. But!!! I hope the management will take action! Considering that for 5 years of refueling at other gas stations, no one had any problems!!! Can you still find an employee with a normal long arm and not afraid to put his knee on the asphalt, given that they are given overalls for a reason?!
In general, the refueling is good, there have never been any questions about the quality of fuel, the staff is pleasant, always polite and leaves a pleasant residue. Sometimes it happens that the cashier works on two fronts and because of this, a queue is organized.
