I usually refuel at another gas station, but there is none in Grodno, so I paid attention to Belorusneft. Good service, there is voice guidance when refueling, when we were there, there was no queue. Each pump has any type of fuel, and where I refuel, each pump has a specific type of fuel.

For all the time of service at this gas station (mostly I stop by at night) - only once did I come across a girl who was friendly, constantly unhappy faces, as if I was forcing them to work😅
After stopping at the gas station, they wanted to take hot dogs, to which the woman told me that there were no buns, without thinking that they were lying in a prominent place and they were perfectly visible
I will add that when I came in, both women were cleaning (mopping the floors), all they needed was a juicy smack to make me finally understand that I was definitely not welcome here.

The staff is polite, the location is convenient - almost out of town. Coffee, food, including hot ones -- for example, hot dogs, are available. The refueling speed depends on the workload.

Everything is fine, but the staff is not willing to help with gas refueling... Constantly dissatisfied faces and looks are doing a favor.... At other gas stations, everything is without problems, and they will smile and wish you a good road...I refuel here only if absolutely necessary

If you come to refuel and do it through the checkout, and not through the app, then get ready for the queue where they will buy coffee in front of you, order pizza, stock up on groceries and only 1 out of 4 standing in line at the checkout will also refuel. They also lack a post office there. Half of the staff is working.

It is located at the exit from Grodno along the M-6 highway, respectively, high traffic, if you are in a hurry, you will lose a lot of time in the queue! I want to note that the problem is not in the quality of service, but in traffic, bandwidth does not always allow queues to move quickly! It is better to plan refueling further along the route!
