We contacted BelOptika at 46 Bogdanovich Street. My son has astigmatism with farsightedness, and custom-made glasses are needed. The staff was attentive to our request for urgent production, as we need to undergo a medical examination at work. One lens was missing. They said that they would have to wait about a week, although according to the contract such glasses are made in the range of 30-50 days. What was our surprise when they called the next day and said that the glasses were ready and could be received. Many thanks for the promptness!

I applied to Beloptika at Bogdanovich 46 on the recommendation of friends and did not regret it. A comfortable, cozy salon with competent and pleasant staff. A huge selection in a different price range! Special thanks to Victoria's consultant. She listened patiently, helped to choose the shape of the frame, taking into account the wishes. I told you in detail about the lenses, the thinning coefficient. There were doubts about the thickness of the glass for the selected frame (because the minus is large, I was afraid that the glass would bulge strongly) and then the consultant did not get confused, but invited the installation wizard (a competent, pleasant master), who explained everything in detail, clearly showed, thereby helped to make the final choice. The installation took about an hour and a half! I am very pleased, I not only got the right glasses, but also a lot of useful information :)

I applied to Beloptika at Bogdanovich, 46 to order glasses for a child.As a result, when the glasses were made, I did not receive any SMS or call from the optics, I called back myself. The lenses were of poor quality, the child sees reflections in them along the edge of yellow-blue objects, this is already a marriage. We gave the glasses for verification, as a result, not a single call in two weeks, I called back myself again. Administrators need to be taught the manner of communicating with customers, in a very rude and mocking way she replied to me that the glasses are not subject to return and exchange, if you want, come and take the frame..... I was in complete shock. My child went without glasses for two weeks.... This is generally how possible.There is only one way out in such a situation -an application to the COURT.

I went to look at the frame, the choice is large, everything is fine, but when I went to the checkout to place an order and clarify how much the lenses cost, the consultant behaved rudely, did not consult on lenses at all, although the question was asked how much the price for glasses would be in full, which was followed by the answer that she would not say for sure, because everything depends on vision and lenses. I'm sorry, of course, I know my eyesight and which lens to put on too, what's the problem with answering what price will be for the lens? As a result, she calculated the maximum cost of the lens, which did not suit me very much, that is, you need to pay for a vision consultation, without then knowing the full price list for glasses, because the consultant will not answer you for sure, because they will tell you only during the consultation which lens will suit you and what price it will be :)

I ordered glasses with Rodenstock Single Vision astigmatic lenses. The consultant found all the necessary optical properties of this polymer and selected lenses with the least chromatic aberration. In order to avoid glare from the total internal reflection on the edges of the lens, I asked them not to polish them, but to leave them matte. The result is glasses with the least distortion, with a clear image across the entire field of view, nothing interferes or irritates when worn, and the eyes are comfortable.

The consultant girl helped with everything, showed me a million frames, there is an impression that I tried on the whole store and was able to choose what I really liked. I chose an expensive frame and in general, the amount for the work of the master, lenses, a handkerchief for lenses and the frame itself turned out to be expensive, but normal. I came on Saturday, and the master who inserts the lenses only works on weekdays. On Monday, the glasses were already ready, thanks for the fast and high-quality work!

A good place to order glasses. I picked up a frame for myself in 30 minutes and by the evening I had already received ready-made glasses with the right lenses. The price of frames is average in the city, some types of lenses may be slightly more expensive than in other opticians. One of the disadvantages is the service. The consultant ignored me, if I hadn't gone to another optician before, I probably wouldn't have picked up a suitable frame myself. The consultant tried very hard to please older women and stubbornly ignored the young girl. Moreover, everyone who came in after me was served, but they didn't even come up to me and said hello. It was as if they were looking at appearance and "solvency".

I ordered Rodenstock photochromic lenses. Lovely girls are working, they told me everything, they accepted the order. I waited about a month. I came to pick up the lenses. Without showing the lenses, they were asked to write on the receipt that there were no complaints about the lenses. I took it out of the package and examined it. The lenses are intact, there are no scratches. Compose. I went outside and put out the lenses to check the speed and degree of dimming. And they don't get dark. These nice people brought ordinary glasses instead of photochrome. The employee who took the order was not there. But there was another one who heard exactly how I gave up photochrome (which I have been wearing for the last 20 years). I threw away 300 rubles. I do not advise you to contact this optics. Or be as careful and attentive as possible.
