We were here 1 year ago in October. On the website, it's clearly stated that pools are warming up. But when we came to the hotel it was very cold. At first, the administration said that warming would start on Monday. It didn't. After this, they said that something is broken and never turned it on. Everything else was OK, but without pools and sea it's very hard to relax...

An excellent hotel for a family holiday, a very green area, the hotel is located in the forest,there is a place to walk, the territory is not large, shops are not close, only by taxi, it is not really possible to walk, but in principle it is all not needed here, by and large. For beginners, the hotel is the best. I really liked one feature, there are always shops in hotels, Turks work directly in the shops here, not Azers, the staff in the hotel itself is Turks, not the whole CIS- what does this affect? And despite the fact that they don't bother you with tips, they don't try to be intrusive or "overly" friendly, everyone is adequate, calmly communicate, help when you ask, ordinary people have been to other hotels where the whole rabble of the CIS has gathered, it can be stupid, it really spoils the impression of the hotel... And there are also few Germans here, which is why the territory is not polluted or littered. It's quiet here! Everywhere. There is nothing for party people to do here, that's for sure, but just for those who decided to relax and relax in silence, this place is for you. VERY TASTY FOOD! I was really stunned, almost everything is delicious here! Especially meat! I had a spoiled opinion from the patrons of different countries, because I thought that they all cook disgusting food, any of all categories, but here are the same dishes, but they are delicious! It is rare to come across something that is not tasty. There is a small good zoo, some kind of stable, but this is not for me, there are no details here. In general, I highly recommend it for family holidays with and without children.

Great hotel. A large territory, everything is thought out. The attentive staff of the hotel. There is a water park with heated water on site, which is very important for guests with children. Delicious food with a large selection. I really liked that the hotel has a separate station with a rich selection of custard teas on the buffet. We enjoyed very tasty teas every day. There is a good selection of imported alcohol included in the price for the hotel. Good mattresses and pillows in the room. Large mosquito net on the balcony: it is possible to sleep with an open balcony. A good, not sharp, sandy entrance to the sea. A clear blue sea with a minimum number of waves. We will definitely return to the hotel. I liked spending my autumn holidays in it.

I've been traveling to Turkey for 30 years, every year, I've seen a lot of different places, I remember this hotel for a long time, but I haven't been to it, and now I'm finally here, which I'm very glad about. The rooms are small, but everything is decent, they clean well, every day, if desired, they change the linen, at least every day. There is not much extra food in the restaurant, in the sense of 10 types of chicken or meat with different sauces, everything is specific. Everything is fresh, there is a large selection of different greens. There is a coffee shop, baking is there from 15 to 18 hours, and this is also correct in my opinion. There are plenty of places to sit down with a cup of coffee and tea, and the lobby bar is cozy. There is a winter concept for alcohol in December, many people know what it means. In dry weather, there is a cafe by the sea. In general, there are more advantages than disadvantages. Yes, I forgot to tell you how big the zoo is, the animals are well-groomed, nice.

We rested from October 10 to October 19, 2024. I'll just say it : in terms of price-quality ratio, the hotel is super. A huge well-groomed territory, a clean large beach, but take the sun beds on the first line until 7 am. The bars and restaurants are all spotless. There are many bartenders and waiters from Kazakhstan. Their level of training and customer service is head and shoulders higher than that of their Turkish counterparts. Room cleaning is certainly excellent, only Turkish girls are already working here and there are no complaints, only gratitude for their work. The food is varied in all directions, a good choice. There were almost not enough grilled dishes and mutton. But it's a matter of taste. You won't be hungry. Five-plus alcohol, a lot of expensive original imported alcohol in all bars. Excellent coffee is brewed throughout the territory. Summary: come and you won't regret it. And of course, special thanks to Marina, the head of the hotel's guest relations service. The small problem that arose was solved instantly.

We were at the hotel in early September, the building of the Camellia Garden House. A very good hotel for a family holiday. The territory is quite large (very green), but at the same time everything is located within walking distance from the main building and there is no feeling of an "anthill".

In addition to standard entertainment, there is shooting from pneumatics and archery, a field for big football, a tennis court. A good children's playground. It's a good zoo. Children's and adult water parks are interesting.

The food in the dining room is in a good assortment, it tastes pretty decent - you don't have to go to restaurants).
There were always empty seats in the lobby and lounge bars. Alcohol is good imported.

We didn't wait for an escort at the entrance (we waited 15-20 minutes) - we went to check in ourselves. At the check-out, we also went on foot with suitcases. The service in the bars and dining room is normal, but the best understanding of the waiters and bartenders, of course, was with tips)

Free sun beds were always available, including on the pier, where there is also a bar. The shore and the entrance to the water are sandy. Toilets near the beach need to be cleaned better.

Nice hotel! Clear sea. Lots of activity. There is a large selection of imported alcohol on the buffet. There are tennis courts and soccer fields. The buffet meals are quite good. There was a shower cap and cotton pads. There were no other accessories, such as chopsticks, razors, and combs. Maybe it was possible to ask, but I think that it should be right away, and not on request. The disadvantage for me is the late cleaning of the room. When I wanted to lie down in the heat. We rested with a child of 1.2g- it was because of the child that the choice fell on this hotel: a children's pool with slides, a playground almost on the seashore, the entrance to the sea is smooth and not deep, there is a zoo on the territory! It is convenient to walk along hiking trails with a stroller. Adults were also not deprived - 4 pools, evening shows. I just got back from vacation! I definitely recommend this hotel!
A huge green, well-groomed territory! There are 3 outdoor pools for adults, and one heated indoor, a children's pool with slides for toddlers and a heated pool by the slides for adults. A special highlight of this hotel is its own zoo and stable! You can ride horses. There are geese, swans, ostriches, flamingos, parrots, guinea pig, monkeys, chimpanzees, deer and many others in the zoo)
We lived in the main building in which all rooms have sea views and it also houses the main restaurant, a coffee shop with cakes, an indoor pool, a spa, a hammam, a gym, a bar, a night disco, a couple of a la carte restaurants and souvenir shops (some accept the mir card for payment)
There are even more remote two-storey buildings, with and without pools, and single-storey villas with a swimming pool.

The food is sooooo varied and sooooo delicious! Crayfish, mussels were several times a week. For kids, there is a small area in the restaurant with small tables, separate food - soup, boiled fish and meat, meatballs, mashed potatoes, rice, buckwheat! Vegetables, purees, yogurts, cookies, fruits, and even a couple of blenders. There is also a beach restaurant - salads, rice, pasta, hot dogs and burgers are served there, and gozleme is baked nearby.
Bottled water is everywhere around the clock, ayran and ice cream, many toilets on site and sanitizers.
99% of vacationers are families with 2-3 children
The staff is mostly Turkish, everyone speaks Russian and English, everyone is very polite and unobtrusive

Everything is great. We have already stayed at your hotel twice. Excellent conditions for both adults and children. The staff is attentive and helpful. I really liked that the children's pool was heated, as we had a rest already in late October and early November. Everything is fine - the hotel, the food, the staff, the beach.
The rooms in the main building are tired, with uncomfortable hard beds, but generally good.
A 3-year-old child spent every day like in a fairy tale - hiking to the sea, playing pony kidsclub, a pool with slides, a zoo. The parents were also satisfied with the performances of cabaret, magicians, bingo, karaoke and even a movie screening of the Aviator.
On the last day, we managed to extend the room until 18:00 for 150€.

We really liked the Bellis Deluxe Hotel! We visited in early March, during the off-season, but even at this time there is something to do here.

The main advantage of the hotel is the beautiful territory! Very green, well-groomed, it's nice to just take a walk and enjoy nature. Another big bonus is the zoo. It is clear that the animals are well cared for, everything is clean and tidy. I especially remember the panhandling raccoons - they are so funny, they are already used to having guests treat them to something delicious. 😄
Entertainment and leisure
Although March is not the peak season, there is plenty of entertainment. The pools are heated in both the children's and adult water parks. I was very pleased with the availability of tubing slides – it is comfortable to ride, without unpleasant sensations from joints (which happens in many hotels). My daughter (7 years old) liked the kids' club where she played and made crafts – it's clear that they really work with children. In the evening, a mini-disco was held in the Lounge bar, after which the children went to the cinema to watch cartoons, while the adults stayed to enjoy the show, live music or karaoke. 🎶
Food
The food at the hotel is just great! During the week, the menu was completely boring: red fish steaks, several types of meat, delicious salads and snacks. Excellent omelets and cheesecakes are prepared in the morning (which is rare for Turkish hotels, where overcooked dough is often served).
Location
Some complain that the hotel is far from the shops, but we saw only advantages in this – silence, tranquility, no city noise. And if you need to go shopping, Yandex Taxi will take you to The Land of Legends in 8 minutes (300 rubles), from where you can walk to the Kadri market.
Attitude towards the guests
I was very pleasantly surprised by the attitude of the staff! ❤️ Guest Relation Daria is just a miracle! He always smiles, communicates with the guests as with old friends, helps in solving any issues.

It's just a fantastically cool place, starting with an area that is simply huge with lots of swimming pools, stadiums, courts for games and a good leisure time. Then there is a zoo on the territory and there is the possibility of horseback riding. Excellent and varied restaurant menus, almost around the clock. We came to Bellis in February 2025 for the third time. We have holidays in Turkey 2-4 times a year, we have been to Dobedan hotels (all three), Akka Antedon, Rixos Premium Belek, Trendi Lara and many others.
The hotel is wonderful, especially for winter holidays. This is practically the only hotel that has an adult and children's water park, a zoo and a gorgeous territory heated throughout the winter.
Despite the fact that it was cool at the beginning of February and a maximum of 15 degrees Celsius, the sun warmed up to 25 and we swam in the water park every day. The slides are good, the 7-year-old child was happy.
The zoo is our special love. We went there every day, took an apple from breakfast, and fed the horses. Deer, ostriches, peacocks, many different birds, a large aviary with flamingos, rabbits, monkeys – the zoo is excellent and very well maintained. For a fee, the child was ridden 2 times on a horse around the hotel past the Jasmine buildings to the Begonville restaurant.
We were very satisfied with the food, red fish was for breakfast, lunch and dinner, seafood, mussels, octopus salad, grilled fish, stewed fish were always available. There is a large selection of meat. I would like to note that the selection is varied and everything is cooked deliciously. Sometimes it happens that there is a lot of food, but there is nothing to eat, but this is not about Bellis. The food in Bellis is really delicious. There was a large selection of fruits, probably 8 types.
The alcohol is good, imported alcohol is served by default. Cocktails are great to make.
We were accommodated in the main building, the room was normal, not super big, but also not cramped, very clean. We didn't hear any noises from the neighbors day or night. In general, everything in the hotel is cleaned, no repair flaws are visible, everything is very well maintained. When the child dropped the toy behind the sofa, I fearfully pushed the sofa away, I was afraid that the toy would be covered in dust, but it was clean, it shows the high level of the hotel. By the way, Bellis's advantage is the presence of disinfectants everywhere, even at the elevator
The hotel is not in the village, the nearest Migros is a 30-minute walk away, and there is a good pharmacy with government prices and Russian-speaking pharmacists not far from the X-belek hotel.
The sauna is good, a hammam with a hot stone, 2 saunas, a steam room. Towels are provided everywhere without any problems. By the way, bathrobes are provided at the hotel upon request, two adults and a child were brought to us almost immediately after check-in. In general, the service at the hotel is excellent, all the staff is friendly. Guest relations are great, I talked more with Dasha, once with Marina. The girls are always in touch and constantly ask if everything is okay when they meet. We responded promptly to requests, for example, I asked to bring a bottle opener to the room.
The mini club is good, the child did not get out, he earned 2 medals in 7 days. We did crafts and played games. For the winter period, the mini club is especially important when you are not on the beach all day. The animators are great. In the evening there were magicians, dance shows, acrobats. There is also a very conveniently located bar next to the mini club (some moms will understand me). You can sit with an aperol or a martini glass and relax while the child is entertained by the pros.
The hotel has good mattresses and pillows, and the sleep was excellent.
After the third visit, I can say that the hotel is excellent and recommended to visit.

We will rest at Bellis Deluxe for the fifth time. We first appeared here in 2019 and immediately liked the hotel for its large and well-maintained territory and the interior of the rooms. We are always located in the main building. But the most important thing, of course, is the staff. The reception is always friendly, I really like the way the waiters work in the restaurant. The food is varied, cooked with high quality and served beautifully. I would especially like to mention the work of the maids in all previous years and this year. Our room 1335 was cleaned very clean, always in our absence, much thanks to our maid. We like everything about this hotel, so I always recommend it to my friends and acquaintances.

First there is a disco for children, then a show for them, then for adults or shlu or music are very eventful evenings. Most of the guests are families with children, so we were very comfortable, since our daughters are 4 years old, mom, dad, child, grandfather, grandmother were on vacation. Very friendly Russian-speaking staff, like a Turkish exclusive with Moscow service. And that was the first impression, the delight! Breakfast from 7 to 10, lunch from 12:30 to 14:30, dinner from 18:30 to 21:00 (you can be in the hall until 21:30), plus there is a coffee shop with sandwiches and cakes included in the package, a beach cafe, chips, nuts, ice cream always. A separate cafe with pizza and burgers, Viennese waffles, French fries from 9 to 22:30. The lobby bar is round the clock with gorgeous cocktails and Russian-speaking bartenders, but the Turkish guy from 00:00 is very rude and not friendly, you just need to be ready, he leaves cocktails on the other side of the bar and nods like go there, sent her husband next time, not nice… this is not a deluxe... The bars work great and prepare delicious cocktails. Friendly staff everywhere.
The rooms are cleaned daily. But the cleaning is so-so. They've already written about the air conditioner here. We were unlucky too. A technician was called to adjust it, but he said that technically he could not do it, since it was automatically configured that way. It blew strongly and directly on the bed where the child was sleeping. We hardly slept for two nights, because the air conditioner turned on and off with an interval of about 20 minutes. It was especially audible at night. And it was annoying. Because it blew hard, and when it turned off, it quickly became stuffy. Moreover, we set it at 24 degrees at medium or low intensity. In short, we suffered with him. As a result, they plugged half of it with a towel at night and I had to sleep on a cot myself. And a hair dryer. It's not a hair dryer at all. It's the first time I've met such a sluggish "Valera". He worked extremely slowly and burned wildly, I was already burned. I stopped myself because I overheated myself. She spat and never used it again, otherwise there was a risk of being left without hair and with burns. I don't know about the other rooms, but we were not lucky with either a hairdryer or air conditioning. And so the impressions of the hotel are not bad. But most likely we won't come here anymore.
The zoo is good, the child was taken for a ride on horseback once. We didn't need a water park and a swimming pool, we weren't amateurs. And there were always a lot of people there. The territory is huge, clean and well maintained. There is a place to walk. I could walk 10 thousand steps almost every day)) Not a bad animation. We went to performances several times. The sea is clear, a pleasant sunset. The beach is on solid 4. The sunbeds are too crowded. It is difficult to find a free sunbed around 10 a.m. But I like to go early, before it gets too hot. The first rows were already occupied with towels. But this is not a question for the hotel. The only wish is to clean up supposedly forgotten things in the evenings. Someone left a deflated pink mattress on the sunbed next to us for almost a week. Well, take it away. People are looking for jobs. Not everyone runs to the beach by 7 a.m.

We stayed at this hotel in August. A large beautiful territory, I really liked the zoo and a lot of greenery. A fairly varied diet, a lot of seafood and meat. It is better to go to this hotel with children, as there is a lot of entertainment for them here.

A wonderful hotel! A large green area, which is very pleasant to walk around. Varied food, everything is fresh and delicious. The beach is clean and well maintained. There are several pools, a children's pool with heated water. There are also children's and adult water parks. There is a lot of diverse physical activity: a football field, tennis courts, an indoor swimming pool, an excellent gym, group workouts are regularly held outdoors. The evening animation did not disappoint either: concerts and various shows take place every day in the amphitheater. I also want to mention the zoo: entering the territory, it seems that I found myself in the forest! There are quite a lot of animals, well-groomed.

Straight into battle:
Territory: medium size, well maintained, green, well cleaned. Not far from the airport (40 minutes transfer). The hotel is more focused on holidays with children. The national composition is Germans, British, Russians, Belarusians, Ukrainians. The Turks are also present.
The hotel: the buildings themselves are not the newest, but, to be fair, they are inspected. I speak for the 2 buildings I have visited - Camellia and Jasmine.
Beach: clean and wide enough, sand, some pebbles at the entrance to the water. It is 40-50 meters deep, very convenient with children. You won't worry that the carp will immediately go under the water. The sunbeds are normal, there are quite a lot of them.
Entertainment: for children - water park, nothing special, 6-7 slides, takes a couple of days) There is also a swimming pool with mini slides for toddlers. Animation and evening concerts also happened, with music and entourage - I won't say for the quality, we didn't go often.
Food (lots of food): the main restaurant is large, neat, there is enough food for me, there is a choice. The fruits were also of good quality. I was especially pleased with the presence of delicious beef in a separate corner of the restaurant. It was OK for the children too, there were a lot of nasty things for joy.
Gym: small and not very well furnished. There is not enough equipment, you can warm up, but you can't work out properly.
Features: like to be in a smaller team - you need Jasmine, separate 3-storey buildings, your own pool, quiet, neat. Among the disadvantages are rooms of 40 meters, not so much for 4+ families, high humidity due to the pool, its own restaurant, it seems there are few people there, but the choice is also not striking (the area is smaller - understandable).
Camellia: 3 floors, family rooms, 45 meters, partition between 2 zones in the room, more convenient for the family. The balconies are large and well cleaned. One of the disadvantages is some distance from the main building, but not critical. Also, the view of the neighboring hotel, which has not been completed for many years and is clearly out of the 5-k team on the first coastline, is not very impressive.
The hotel is not bad, there are delicious coffee shops in the main building, good service, the staff is responsive. The kids will be fine, not a hangout.
