One of "our" online stores. It offers goods of domestic ( Belarusian ) production. You can often buy interesting models at a great price. Order via the website- the operator will call back- you will receive an email with a tracking code for tracking the parcel. I am comfortable with the "cash on delivery" format, it is there. You can pick it up from the post office, you can order delivery. Everything is very fast, clear, and neat. I knew it would work, so I was relatively calm. But the quality was better than expected. Like many other users who have left feedback here, I am a regular customer of the Fashion store. Indeed, everything is fine here, so far so good…As soon as difficult situations arise, as with me, at least the product came with a defect. To which the seller grudgingly agreed at his own expense to re-send the air-conditioned product, but only and exclusively, by Russian Post, and even did it to an incorrect postal address. Based on which, only one conclusion suggests itself - an automatic and indifferent approach to the client ... P.S. update from 09/11/2024: changes in the part of the correct OPS have not been made (I have no idea on whose side this omission is - the store or the Mail), but I ran and received the order, as I noted earlier, not at my address…

Upset with the Bellavka service.I called and asked about the order.A discount has been issued.When it was received for the SDEC, it did not pass-the promised 10 percent discount.The feeling of being deceived.There is no desire to order more from this organization.There are many obscure rules known only to bellavka.I'm sorry that I ordered it from Bellavka.
