We visited this hotel in May 2025. The overall impression is rated 3. Of the advantages: 1. A good team of animators (though they are focused on Europeans). 2. The service in the bars and the bar menu are at a very good level. 3. Restaurant service (waiters bring drinks to order in any quantity). 4. A nice children's room. 5. Private sandy beach and good (for Egypt) access to the sea. 6. Own water park with good slides!(6 slides) Of the cons: 1. There is no cleanliness in the hotel at all, it is very dirty, the dishes in the restaurant are dirty, there are not enough glasses, the bartenders do not have time to wash, the plates are chipped. In a modern children's room, everything is very cool, except for cleanliness, very dusty mats in the maze and toys. It's a very dirty hotel. 2. The renovation in the room leaves much to be desired, the tiles on the floor are chipped, the walls are crooked, the furniture and doors are shabby, the bed creaks very much. The floor is a mattress, and it's not worth talking about. 3. Construction site next to the hotel. We got a room with a view of the construction site, because 1 more hotel is being built next door. We contacted the reception and were offered to change the room with a surcharge of $ 20 per night, although there were rooms available, despite the fact that we had a room with a view of the sea or pool. Construction works take place from 7:00 to 15:00 every day except Friday, everything is very audible in the room, there is no sound insulation. 4. The food at the hotel is not varied. It's the same thing for breakfast every day. Dinners are themed, all the cuisines of the world, but very peculiar dishes for an amateur. 5. The small territory of the hotel There is 1 adult swimming pool and 3 children's pools on site. 1 children's pool was not working during our entire vacation. There was a nice children's pool on the sea, very clean, but next to the adult pool, the children's pool was dirty with foliage and debris. The toys in the children's pool are already covered with mold from constant exposure to the water. There's nowhere much to walk. 6. The time of the activities. I like to play beach volleyball, but the time of its holding is 13:00, at that time the temperature is already 35-38 degrees, and the sun is the hottest, I played 1 time, I didn't dare anymore. The rest of the activities (darts, bocce) did not always take place at the specified time, as there were no people who wanted to, but you could always just take the games and play regardless of the time. 7. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired. No tip of 1,2,3 dollars could bring complete order to the room. Towels constantly had to be asked additionally, they always forgot to put them down, 3 times out of 7 days of rest. The floors are washed just for show, they walked in shoes in the room, because a layer of sand and dust remained even after cleaning. Towels on the first day were put with orange spots, yes, towels for feet, but nevertheless. Dressing gowns and a minimum set of soap pads (except for 1 bar of soap and two tubes of Gel and shampoo diluted with water) We never saw it. In general, the hotel did not meet our expectations. I definitely wouldn't have come here a second time. And so for the taste and color, there are no comrades.
