On March 8th, I received an abominable service!
A week before March 8, I pre-ordered flowers for my mom at 10 a.m., they said they would deliver in blocks and my order would be delivered from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. As a result, the mother of flowers did not wait, because they arrived At THREE O'CLOCK IN the AFTERNOON!
Of course I understand everything, but the delivery is 4.5 hours late!? Is this adequate at all? All this time, I had to call and find out when the order would be delivered, to which I received no specific response, but only regrets. In the last conversation, the girl said that as soon as the information from the courier appeared, she would contact him immediately. They just ignored it on Instagram, thanks)
In the end, I didn't get in touch. There were no apologies. Customer orientation is 10/10.
Maybe after the review you will realize that this is not normal and at least apologize for your disgusting management on March 8th!
