We have been to this place 4 times, 2 of them by reservation, two not, and we were always met, escorted, and told about the specifics of the restaurant. There was a situation yesterday, we didn't really like the chicken soup, either the meat was heavily exported, or the seasoning was not enough, we asked the waiter to take it away, he asked why we didn't eat, we said we didn't like it, no problem, just take it away. But the receptionist came, clarified, and we were given a free pizza that we had chosen. When we left, we were told once again that they had tried it too and completely agreed that there is a taste of boiled chicken. They apologized and said they would definitely fix the recipe. The waiter Diaz was working for the first time, he tried very hard, well done, like all the waiters we met here. Amazing baked burrata, pizza with garganzola (which tastes even better in the morning, have you ever eaten pizza the next day that stays fresh and delicious?). Thanks, we'll come back!
We happened to come to this restaurant with a friend and didn't regret it. I was impressed by the huge wine rack at the entrance, the whole interior is very nice and the place itself is very large. Delicious cuisine, I liked the pizza with beef pastrami, the waiter cut it with special scissors, not with a pizza roller, so as not to damage the surface
I visited the new Bella Ciao restaurant in Almaty today and was pleasantly surprised that the service in this establishment is head and shoulders higher than in any other restaurant in the city. The kitchen is something! A new reinterpretation of classic and already boring dishes. We recommend carbonara with jam and truffle paste. In short, the service, the atmosphere, the cuisine are top!
