I bought 3 diaries for 3-4 grades. I made a mistake with the language...I took 3 Russians....and we needed 3 Belarusian ones. I realized that I was mistaken..I returned 15 minutes later. They refused to refund the money.There was no necessary language for the exchange.
Printed products are not exchanged, they say!.Hello. It's been 15 minutes.There is a receipt.The condition of the product is excellent.
They didn't meet us halfway!
And where do I need these 3 diaries now???!.........It's not about money, it's about attitude to the customer!
