I was in Kulikovsky's office, everything would be fine, but why turn off the elevator to the 2nd floor. I understand, just walking is not a problem, but when you have a stroller, a suitcase, a leg injury. It's terribly inconvenient. Also, everything is bad with ventilation in the building, if it were not for the windows at all it would be terrible.
