I hand over the certificate, and then it starts... The agent does not know anything, they say, a specialist must work with the certificate. He goes somewhere, he calls someone. He offers to leave the data so that I can get a call tomorrow. But you still need to go to them again later. But in the end, they come up with the idea that Helix did not write on the certificate from what date it is valid, and they send me, they say, go to your Helix, let them write something on your certificate there... Alas, my time is worth more than this certificate, I decided to throw it away and bypass this incompetent office...
