According to my requests, he picked up the car I needed, explaining all the technical characteristics and features of the new car in an accessible way. He offered me to take a test drive, which convinced me that this was the car I needed. In addition, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that all our meetings in the salon and conversations about the car took place in a very pleasant friendly and businesslike atmosphere, which was both pleasant and comfortable to choose a new car. From the moment I chose the car, until I received it at the salon, Vitaly advised me, informed me about the procedure for the arrival of the car at the salon and the preparation of the car for delivery, prepared the entire set of documents for registration with the traffic police. It was a pleasure to work with such a manager, who helped me through all these days from choosing a car to buying one. Even after purchasing the car, he was interested in how the car and the driver who purchased the car behaved, and for several days he also continued to advise me on a number of issues. He is a very responsible, attentive and cheerful person. He greets and accompanies everyone with a sincere smile on his face. It took less than a month from the first arrival at the dealership to leaving it in a new car. Evgeny helped absolutely at all stages, answered absolutely all my 100,500 questions. When I was choosing a car, I visited several salons, but there was pressure everywhere: take it now, prices will rise tomorrow. There was no such thing in this salon. The managers gave me time to think, and they answered my questions without forcing me. As a result, I took the car from them, as the service seemed more honest. The registration took a couple of hours, which is quite normal. I'm happy with everything so far.

We decided on the model at another car dealership, but we didn't like the attitude of the staff towards the buyer, so we decided to go to Sharangovich and explore the situation) Actually, we signed a contract here, as the interest of sales manager Maxim Abrazhevich was a huge plus for us, not just to sell us a car, but to make our purchase as comfortable as possible without a gram of doubt and regret. Initially, we considered the Comfort package, Maxim offered us a test drive, told us everything, had a great ride, after which my husband finally decided to buy, but after a conversation with Maxim, they made a choice in favor of the Flagship package. A competent, polite, very attentive specialist, really in his place. We will recommend it to our friends, because there are few such specialists now. Good luck and lots of customers for your salon!)
