The worst bank, I used different banks, I have something to compare with, I was abroad, I have a corporate account, there was a problem in my personal account, I wrote to support via telegram indicated on the official website. I asked for a Viber number to contact a specialist because I didn't want to listen to their music and pay $ 100 for roaming, they say we don't have a Viber, we don't provide support via the Internet for sole proprietors. I'm just shocked at how the bank treats its customers. Other banks call messengers on request and solve the problem, but Belgazprombank does not care, they only charge money for account maintenance, but they will not help in difficult times. Corporate clients, it turns out, are valued in this bank worse than individuals and they are not supported on the Internet. I am giving a screenshot of the correspondence, so as not to be unfounded. I am very upset by this behavior. Never set foot in this bank again. I wanted to put a zero, but there is no such rating.

If I had known that the bank would change the terms of the agreement so quickly, I would never have taken a paid card I wouldn't be surprised if, by depositing money at interest in this bank, you get 3% instead of the promised 13%, because the bank can unilaterally change the conditions and make the most of it
