Terrible insurance company! For the umpteenth time, examinations are not approved by a doctor's prescription!
Specifically, my case was refused an appointment for TSH analysis, ultrasound of the thyroid gland. Allegedly, the diagnosis does not correspond to the prescribed examinations. But once the doctor has prescribed it, then it is necessary!!! Why then do you need insurance at all?!
Despite the fact that a friend with EXACTLY the SAME diagnoses has no problems approving examinations in Belgosstrakh.
Last year they refused, because there were no consulting appointments of a doctor, this year they even refuse with him. Question to the insurance company: will we fulfill our duties? Or can we only take money from people?)
After contacting you, we will also have to go to a neurologist. Although.. what's the point, you won't even pay for a consultation with him..

It is difficult to get through, but you can leave a request on the website through your personal account. It is difficult to get to the doctor through them first: you need to describe in detail the complaints, what drugs you take, apply extracts, otherwise they will not write you down anywhere, and if they do, then at least to the clinic, where you can sit in line for free. The agent decides for himself whether you need to see a doctor. They often send you home. It seems that there is this insurance, but you still go separately for money. I don't recommend it
