I'll say this, I've used insurance services several times, you call and all the issues are resolved. So far, there are no complaints. And I hope it won't be.
Not an insurance company, but one continuous disappointment. You need to monitor the contents of the letter of guarantee yourself so that everything is included in full. They may forget to send the letter and have to call in fact while sitting at the reception and detaining the doctor.
I do not advise contacting them, I have never met a worse insurance company. Everything is impossible for them, if you need to pay for some kind of examination under voluntary insurance, this is a whole problem. Horror and not company, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!! I'M JUST SHOUTING DON'T MESS WITH THEM!!!
I do not recommend this organization to anyone! There was an insured event, of course they fulfilled their obligations, but very reluctantly. Customer focus is not even zero. Rudeness and disrespect to the client!
I recommend it! It is convenient, timely, and cost-effective. The staff is polite, they will always remind you about the expiration of the policy. They have been cooperating with this organization for 15 years.
