We booked a villa for two nights through Booking for four adults and a teenager, especially for visiting the Park of Legends. We had three bedrooms and a large living room, a large terrace. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, cooking, washing, there is a dishwasher, refrigerator, boiler, good Wi-Fi, etc. Migros store is nearby (very expensive compared to our chain stores). The first entrance to the Park of Legends is about 15 minutes on foot. The sea is about 30 minutes away. There is a dining room for locals nearby in 10 minutes, you can have a cheap lunch. There were minor electrical and plumbing failures around the house, but everything was quickly fixed. The territory is fenced and guarded. There is a children's playground, a swimming pool (clean). The booking and check-in went without any problems. After a long stay in all-inclusive hotels, it felt very much like you had to do everything yourself, it was very annoying. Positive: quiet, clean, no fuss, people., a lot of space in the house. Cons: you have to cook, wash, clean yourself or look for a cafe; Outside the villa there is a dirty village, a field, greenhouses, local working people, it is very dark in the evening. Due to the events in the world that began on 03/24/2022, my husband, my young children and I did not dare to go, the dollar exchange rate also increased and the day before the departure we wrote a letter to the owner asking him to consider the situation and get into the situation, and at least partially refund the funds, but he ignored it. We were unable to cancel the reservation on time, as the free cancellation was until 03/22/2022, the full amount was debited from us, at that time it was 74,000 rubles instead of the stated 60,000 , the ruble exchange rate collapsed and the amount came out higher than stated. I wrote a letter to the owner again , but he ignores it again, booking ignores it too, they write that they will contact you, but no one contacts! It's a shame that the owner does not enter into the situation of his guests and does not go to the meeting, they just threw away the money! After all, he will still find lodgers and earn double the money . I will not recommend this villa to anyone!

And the cows that grazed outside the villas. The house has modern and necessary appliances, TVs have USB and hdmi inputs, we watched movies from the hard drive. Beach. About 2.5 km. It takes 30-40 minutes on foot. We walked in the morning while it was not hot, and took a taxi back. Check if there is an agreement with the cafe on the beach for free sun beds. It is often there. If paid, 10 liras for a sunbed. Taxi. Always ask for a taximeter, sometimes drivers want to negotiate without a taximeter and it is more expensive before the trip. The cost of boarding a taxi is 5.5 liras plus about 5-6 liras per km. From the beach to the villa is exactly 20 liras. Taxi drivers often give their business cards, and you can call a taxi via WhatsApp, or ask one of the administrators. The shops. Migros and bim are nearby.
