It is better to order elsewhere if you want to save your time and nerves. Terrible fulfillment of obligations(((
So, we ordered a sofa in the hearth at Matusevich Street in Minsk on December 28. We were told right away that there were a lot of orders, the production period was 2 months. We were ready to wait for that time. The contract stipulated 20.02. By this date, the sofa was not ready. Every week, there was a reply that "production is busy, they are trying very hard, but they are running out of schedule," and so on for 3 weeks. The sofa arrived on 19.03. And it was a SHOCK!!! The parameters did not match the sample that was in the store and according to which we made the order. And it wasn't 1-2 cm back and forth, but 10-15 cm. It's kind of out of proportion at all. So far, they have made sense on the phone, it turned out that this is a manufacturing defect (they themselves admitted this) and offered to redo the new sofa as soon as possible. We drove back to Matusevich, prescribed all the parameters of the new sofa + small pillows (initially they were not delivered to us, but they should have been). The old sofa was also taken away with abuse (because they offered to use it until they made a new one). As a result, a new sofa was brought in 10 days later, and again, not only did they not deliver, but they did not make small pads at all, which were specially prescribed in the additional order. In general, if there is an expression "sharashkin's office", then this is a beddening. Therefore, it is better not to mess with them and save your nerves.

I don't even want to give this company one star. Contacting this company, ordering a chest of drawers according to our measurements, at first glance it seems to be nothing and promised to do everything quickly, this is the end of the good moments.
The chest of drawers was made, brought, the closers forgot to install at the factory, where it was not indicated in small letters in the order. A person arrived after 3 days, installed such a shire, not a single shelf opened normally, the closers did not even perform their function. I started calling again and as it turned out, we were given simple ones, but it was possible to have good ones, and they didn't even ask us what we would like.
The next moment began, pay extra, wait, in the end, after giving money for the chest of drawers, we could not use it for 3 weeks!
We came to collect the money, the manager Victoria, neither hello nor goodbye, talking on the phone, just put the money, said count it.
That's horrible.

As a result, they brought the wrong sizes, they changed them, the second time the sidewalls were brought the wrong ones, they changed again, in the end the color of the pillows was also not the same, but they left, because they did not have the strength to look at it all. After a month of operation, sintepon began to climb through the fabric, they immediately reacted to my messages, they said they would take it away, promises were constantly on the trail. a week, but two months later, this week has not come. Amateurs work, "just to get involved and sell."
