The hotel is well maintained. The staff tries their best in everything. The food is good. Alcohol from bottles. Clear. Beautiful garden. The pool is constantly cleaned, the sun beds are also good. Everything is great for such a 3-star hotel. One big minus is the beach! This is some kind of nightmare. Little one, you're lying 20 centimeters away from your neighbor. There are not enough sun beds. Beach for 15 people. There is no room. It's cramped and so on.
We had a family vacation from October 24 to November 12 at this hotel. Upon arrival, the food was normal for 10 days, and then a solid saving on everything began. The beer ran out, they left the wine, which was poured only for lunch and dinner, and in the last days of our vacation they stopped giving it. We reduced the range of food to a minimum, and removed afternoon tea. The owner has rented this hotel and is saving on everything. When we were with three tourists, the room cards disappeared, for which you have to pay a fine of $ 20 (the staff is fishing). There were no sun loungers on the beach, they were removed, although other hotels had them. The location is good, close to the sea, but in this village all the hotels are close to it. Many demanded a refund, wanting to move to other hotels, but received nothing. Conclusion: the greed of the hotel owner does not affect its quality for the better.
In general, we rested from August 20 to August 29, 2024 with a child of 9 years old.I'll try to keep it short:Of the advantages: 1.location close to the sea 2.mountains and warm sea, views of 10 points. 3. A bar that has tea, coffee,5 types of hardware juice and water around the clock. Beer is poured until 21.30 and the wine is quite normal. 3.Sun beds and umbrellas are included, no extra charges.4. Unlike other years (according to reviews), they turned on afternoon tea from 16.00 to 16.40 and no one is standing at the distribution in the dining room, people pick up food themselves 5. Cleaning was done every other day, linen and towels were changed after cleaning. 6. The dinners were extended until 20.30. The disadvantages were also obvious: 1.Upon arrival, of course, the reception staff is not very friendly, especially the 2 managers who always pretended not to hear the requests. 2. We were very unlucky with the numbers..we moved 2 times in 9 days ((I was very tired because of this, although there was a standard room on the tour in which everything should have been and worked..as a result, they have 3 buildings on the territory..and we were constantly accommodated not in the main (4-storey)they said that the hotel was full, but in additional outbuildings. In the main building, as a rule, there were locals, Germans, several pairs, Poles and Ukrainians. So, the first room was small, without hot water in the shower..I was constantly told while we lived there for 2 days to drain for 10 minutes and you will have hot water.Voila..but she wasn't there((.The view was generally creepy..on the stairs where people and cats walked (I will attach a photo), instead of the balcony declared in the tour, we had a shared balcony with sea views for 3 rooms. The music from the pool was very audible, it was actually impossible to sleep in these annex rooms for up to 24 hours. I asked the tour operator to intervene, and they helped me to move to another room in 3 days.It was better, with mountain views and a balcony..and there was hot water in the shower.BUT when night fell and we were about to turn on the air conditioner, it was a "branch of Hell", a neighbor from the next room came running from the roar that her walls were rattling like ours.It was unrealistically stuffy to sleep without him, the Windows looked out into the garden where roosters were crowing and mosquitoes were flying from 4 a.m.And it was impossible to sleep with Kondei. The walls in the room were vibrating. The block on the street was sparking. In short , no one came to us for 3 days to see the apartment , but they offered the 3rd room , it turned out to be the most normal and we finally slept normally for the rest of the rest. However, the walls are so thin that every sneeze could be heard. Anyway... we're definitely not coming to the hotel anymore.Of the food, it is true that there is little meat and fish and ..there is practically none, there were nuggets 1 time, French fries 2 times and of terrible quality.Even if they give meat, either there is not enough for everyone, or only 1 kind of eat what you have.I don't even know how people lived with babies..there is nothing to feed them in this hotel. And so there are greens, salads, a lot of legumes and stewed vegetables in different gravy.Well, 2 types of soup as a rule. The breakfasts are so poor..from the word there is simply not even milk and muesli, it would seem banal.. they were removed because people stopped complaining about sour milk, but they put soup on)There are no porridges at all.In general, there are good shops around, you can buy something to eat there, cafes nearby. You won't starve to death)There is no desire to return to this hotel, and Beldibi's place is excellent.
