The company practices an interesting system - it hands over a dirty car (supposedly they washed it, but the dust remained), but when you hand over exactly the same car, you have to pay them for washing. At the same time, it is most interesting that when accepting the car, they indicated the cost of washing at 2 b.p., in fact - 13 (this is also not the full cost), and confidently claim that they warned about the cost of washing at 20 b.p. If the camera staff finds that they really told us about the cost of washing 20 bp, then they can send me a confirmation, then I will change the review. But the fact that YOU still have to wash the car, while getting the car in the dust, remains. Well, if there is no confirmation on the cameras about the cost of 20 bps, then there is also the fact of deception.

I used the services of this company in May 2025. I took a Volkswagen Passat for 2 days. Despite the fact that the car is very old, it turned out to be very comfortable and economical. I got it quickly, signed the contract and went. The company is honest, you can work with them, I was in touch all the time, especially considering the features of the car (gas + gasoline). The methane CNG station still needs to be found. But it's cheaper than gasoline, and it was enough for the whole journey from Brest to Minsk. The only caveat: the car must be delivered clean, otherwise you will have to pay 20 BYR. But this is stipulated in the contract.

It's not a decent office, or we found such a manager.
The car was booked two weeks before arrival. They offered it to us over the phone.
- either for 12-15 tr per day, or there is only one car left, but with Renault Logan mechanics for 2100 tr (Russian). The spouse agreed to take the car for 6 days.
But we found out that the car was dead, rusty, dirty only after filling out the contract and paying in full, and the deposit for it was 10 tr.
Question. We asked the manager.
Why didn't you notify us about the condition of the Car? He just didn't say anything. We're in shock.
They can't offer us anything in return, like. Although sitting in the office, we realized that there were plenty of cars available. But there were none for us.
That's what the manager said
- there are no available cars.
I do not know how this car survived and did not fall apart on the road. Although the car had enough attempts to die, but her husband resuscitated her and we drove without breathing.
Why didn't we terminate the contract and contact another office?
Because we had an autistic child with us, anyone who came across it will understand.
The car was delivered ahead of schedule, about as clean and in the same dusty condition as it was taken, and we were charged 20 rubles to wash the car.

The landlord was not satisfied with the proposal to achieve parity at the expense of fuel, which he refueled with an excess (it is objectively difficult to get into division into division - he refueled with a reserve). It would seem that there is an adequate approach in the niche: to give a car with a full tank even after washing, demanding to return the same one, or indicating a clear amount of compensation in the price list, but this does not work here. As a result, +20% of the rent

We contacted the managers in the messenger . We discussed everything, booked a car for 1 day in 4 days. The only company that agreed to place a reservation for a car without prepayment of comfort class for 1 day. The rest offer to choose from what they have on the day of arrival.
On the day of the transfer, the car was examined together in a circle, although the car was not dried and covered in drops only after washing, we managed to find small scratches on the body and small chips on the windshield, but the guys assured that they did not find fault with this and also offered to fix it on camera in the act, we did not make.
There are also no complaints about the car: the car is 23 years old, the mileage is 65k inside everything is clean and tidy, the interior is white. There are no odors, no extraneous noises were detected during movement. All systems worked normally and without complaints, both the help assistants and multimedia. I went the whole trip on cruise control, it's a pity that it's not adaptive only. It was a little hot, there was not enough tinting for the rear hemisphere. After standing in the sun, the car inside heated up very much. At least make an athermal film!
Upon arrival, the receptionist scanned the car with an OBD scanner, drove a couple of meters and skirted around in a circle visually for damage, they did not find fault with the little things, and in principle they did not search for them purposefully.

We rented a car in the middle of October. A couple of weeks before that, they sent copies of all the documents: driver's licenses, passports. Because my wife drives a car with an automatic checkpoint, this was chosen. It is clear that cars with automatic transmission are more expensive. Upon arrival at the office, we begin to draw up documents and we are informed that the wife cannot drive, because she has expired rights (certificates extended without replacement in the Russian Federation for three years are not valid in Belarus). But after all, we sent the documents in advance - why didn't they tell us about it then, we would have taken a car with mechanics, which is much cheaper. Okay, we take what we ordered and immediately announce that we need additional hours to the ordered two days of rent, because we can travel more than planned. Yes, they tell us, no problem, pay for two days and part of the third and ride. At the end of the trip, we hand over the car. Everything is fine, we washed the car and refueled it to a level higher than it was at the time of issue, but the manager says: you have an overrun: you can drive no more than 400 km per day, i.e. you should have no more than 800 in two days, and 900 by car. Yes, we say, that's why we bought part of the third day, because we assumed this and discussed it with the manager when issuing the car. No, the office employee answers, it is necessary to pay extra. I tell him: let's do this, in any case, we return the car a few hours earlier than the paid period and there is more gasoline in the tank than when it was taken, so we make mutual settlements and disperse. He doesn't agree. OK, then I demand a refund for the unused rental time: let's see if the guy answers. As a result, I manage to return part of the amount for the unused time, but they took the penalty for the overrun. As a result, taking into account the fact that we were not warned in advance that the driver's license in force in the Russian Federation is not valid and the wife was not allowed to drive the car ordered for her, for some reason they took a fine for overrun, although part of the day was paid and we agreed with the manager at the beginning of the lease, This organization does not deserve a rating above three.

Still, I would recommend taking a closer look at the technical condition of the car, whether it's budget or premium, since many tenants come from afar to spend a vacation and if the car refuses on the road, then the vacation will be ruined. Of minor faults: the gas tank hatch did not work (it was eliminated promptly - thanks for that), the ignition key battery died on the road - it was very difficult to find. There is a strong knock in the suspension - this is very annoying. The landlord has a lot to work on here. On the whole, it went well, thank you. If I come to Belarus again, I will use the services of belcar)

I have been choosing a car rental in Minsk for a very long time. Somewhere they did not answer for a long time, somewhere there were no normal cars at a good price.
A rental advertising banner was accidentally highlighted Belcar.by . I decided to write. They answered very quickly, solved all the questions, and took shape. No prepayment was required.
As a result, we rented a Volkswagen Polo 2021 for 6 days, new, cheerful, with automatic transmission. It drove almost 1000 km from Minsk all over western Belarus. The roads are super, the car adapts comfortably to weather conditions both in the rain and in the fog.
When handing over the car, everything also went smoothly, the full deposit was returned without any problems!

We quickly ran around the car, looked at small shoals from past motorists, signed a contract and an acceptance certificate. For 15 minutes at most, I sat down and drove. Yes, as we wrote below, cars can be with impressive mileage. I don't see anything wrong with that. We rolled 615 km by ourselves in a day. If the car is on the move every day, then it has been running for more than 100,000 km in a year. But this does not affect the driving performance - all the nodes are in perfect order.
