I wanted to write a very positive review, but I didn't have time. For visiting the cafe at the Minsk railway station 04 12.2024. I was already in the cafe 2 times that day and everything was super- unfortunately, I don't know the name of the blonde bass player, but this is the person in his place, I told about all the available dishes, quickly made coffee, advised the soup of the day.....It was fast and delicious that day. And today it's the other way around- the other shift generally sucks. I was limited in time and asked the curly-haired bass player guy how to quickly cook a pancake and latte. The answer was 7 minutes. Well ok. I paid off and sat down to wait, 15 minutes have passed, I ask at least about coffee...... and......he just forgot about the order, and did not cook it at all. She asked for a refund and pointed him to the "super service". He sat stupidly on the phone for all 15 minutes, he was not at all up to visitors ..... it's a pity that there are such unfortunate employees in such a cafe.

There are no complaints about the quality and taste. Everything is delicious, wonderful, glad to come. Pancakes are always on top, both flour and pancakes.
The staff is pleasant, mostly smiling, helpful, especially the guy is the cook)
But one girl, a cashier, discourages any desire to visit this institution. She apparently works at a Call center, and in a cafe on a side job, because she does not let the phone out of her hands, but answers customers only in between dialogues about children and personal life.
I ask the management to take action.

My husband and I went in for a snack, ordering a pancake with egg and bacon and pancakes. Firstly, we were pleasantly surprised that the waiting time was 6 minutes. Secondly, we were shocked by the size of the portions (they are simply huge). Thirdly, these dishes are really delicious. My daughter started asking for a sausage, but there is nothing like it in the cafe. Thanks to the girl who treated the baby to a boiled sausage.
