I was changing the rear window in the trunk lid. The cost was agreed (not the cheapest, because probably everything is high quality)).
The service was provided on the day of the request. I came to pick it up, I look - they shoved a terrible molding around the perimeter, which did not exist before. - What's the matter, I don't like the look? - And we put this molding on, you owe us more money for it.... They didn't warn me about the molding.
I'm not happy with the appearance, I threw out the gum, I didn't have to pay for it. I'll redo it after them.

Now for the result. The dot is visible only when you know where it is or look very carefully at the glass in search of it.

I ordered a replacement windshield on departure, everything was confirmed and agreed. They said they would arrive before 15.00. As a result, I call myself at 13.50 to find out what time the guys will arrive and then it starts. They tell me at first that they didn't seem to be going any more, because the weather is bad and it's raining, and you can't change the glass in the rain. I'm saying that firstly, why didn't you, as specialists, tell me about this and warn me, and secondly, the rain has already passed. To which they replied that OK, maybe in 15 minutes, when I said, okay, come, it turned out that no, they couldn't do it in 15 minutes, and it takes 30 minutes to get there. I say okay, I'm waiting for you at 14.30. At 14.31 I call MYSELF to find out where the guys are, they tell me that they can only be at 15.00. At 15.10 another young man calls me, who apparently went to the call and says, tell me the address, otherwise we probably don't go there Let's go. As a result, the guys arrived at 15.30 only somewhere. I went out, brought them the key, and left. After about 20 minutes, the foreman calls somewhere and says that they cannot open the hood, and without opening they will not be able to replace the glass. After that, he says, okay, let's try again. Another 15-20 minutes pass, I call myself, ask how and what, they say the hood was opened, but it started to rain. There's a problem again. The master says maybe you will come to the service station after all. To be honest, I was ready to go, BUT then the guys say, okay, let's wait now, maybe it will pass. As a result, almost at 17.00 they called me to come out, I already thought that hooray, everything worked out! but no!!!! While they were bringing new glass to replace, they BROKE it! It's just some kind of nightmare! I have never met with such a service and such specialists anywhere else!
My advice to the director! Do not waste money on advertising with such specialists and service!
