The main thing for them is to sell the car and add services to it, they don't care about the rest. During acceptance, many scratches and other various defects in the paintwork were revealed, they took the car to polish, but did not wash it - they began to polish the hood on sand and dust. Horror and horror again. In no case should you buy a car there

Disgusting attitude towards the client and his time, in addition to the long wait for car repairs, when they came to pick him up, it turned out that the car was not prepared for delivery (although they called 2 days before arrival and said it was ready). It also turned out that the trunk lid does not close properly, which we were not initially informed about. We signed up for elimination in 2 weeks, and when we arrived, they told us they couldn't do it (there was a long queue, as well as referring to each other). As a result, there were 3 round trips to the center, about 400 km of mileage, the initial problems were fixed, and it is not clear when they will be fixed.
