They breed people. Today I was told to change the tip and the steering rod, but in fact, they did a camber and did not tighten the bolt in November 2021. I won't set foot there anymore. They can't do anything serious and they won't admit their mistakes. After them, I had to unscrew the generator belt roller myself and put it for 70 rubles, and they cost 168. I asked whose roller, who the supplier was, they do not remember. I asked for a video of the work, but they didn't give it to me.
I arrived by appointment for an oil change and replacement of all filters .
We have picked up all the necessary spare parts, the price / quality corresponds.

No one observes the measure of duties, the technical training of the staff is weak, lies and shifting responsibility at every step. I love new cars, but now it's minus one.
Audi knocked the front suspension when driving over any irregularities, stopped by for diagnostics, they said to change the front upper lever, went to their store for spare parts, the prices, to put it mildly, for divorce, the bolt that holds the levers in its fist was estimated at 8-10 rubles, bought for 2.40, bought spare parts in a normal store, came to them, they changed the lever, made a collapse, went on the first day there was no knocking, the next few days everything started knocking - not as it was, of course, but also not pleasant...we need to look for a normal car service...
