Together with my husband, we use the services of this service station. I'm mainly in body repair, and my husband is in almost all matters with the car. I made my car here when she came from the USA and literally took it away today after it was damaged by minor vandals. I'm happy with my work. There are flaws, but the guys fix them quickly and without questions. The price is always the same as originally agreed. For bodywork, it is not overestimated, rather even lower than for some services. The timing is also clear. Payment is made both in cash and by card. They also make good coffee here. Hundred is developing and it pleases. I wish you success and satisfied customers!

I have been a regular customer of STO Belastre since 2019, I have always been satisfied with the service and customer loyalty, there was a feeling that the company really appreciates its customers. But gradually this attitude came to naught as their business expanded.
At first, problems were often poorly diagnosed, which literally caused me to spend hundreds of dollars more than I needed to. However, the last straw was an emergency visit with the suspension work. The manager loudly demanded the delivery of spare parts, although the deadlines had been agreed in advance. Then the old suspension parts began to be stored in the back seat of the light interior, which I made a remark about, but they considered it necessary to simply ignore. Some of the spare parts simply weren't replaced, although they also indicated them in their suspension diagnostics (it's unclear why I bought them). Besides, they broke the smart key and pretended that it was normal. I won't even mention the additional bumper requests. This is probably the end of my last visit here.
With this attitude to customers, I don't recommend it to anyone if you want your car to fall into good hands.
And I would advise Belaster to work on the processes in the company, because any information passed on to the manager or employee will remain with him and will not be passed on through the process as it should be.
