I went into the new department after the renovation and was pleasantly surprised. At the entrance, the consultant Jeanne greeted me with a smile, clarified how she could help me with my question. She helped me figure out the info kiosk and take the ticket to the cashier. The cashier also served with a smile. Professionalism on the eyes! When I left, the consultant said goodbye with a smile and wished me a good day. Surprisingly, it is one of the few branches in Minsk with such service.

It takes a very long service from specialists, you have to wait 30 minutes -an hour! The process is faster in windows, but not all operations go through the window.

Excellent staff works: competent and polite. Service is fast enough, but queues are almost always. The location is passable. It is better to come on Saturday an hour before closing time. And if you need it urgently and during rush hour, it's better to go to the branch on Baikal.

Some kind of rat, such a small, nasty one, merges the customer base to enterprising Slavic brothers : (and they can't do anything, like write to the chat on the bank's website they'll figure it out, yeah :(

With such a load on this department, it seems that angels are working there. Visitors are happy to dump all dissatisfaction with the system on employees, and employees try to help with incredible patience. I have never seen a bad attitude towards the irritated from those working there (how is it: I came, but wait here?!!) visitors.
