Friendly, competent staff, fast service. The department is cozy, there is a sense of stability. But it's worth thinking about installing additional information kiosks equipped with a bill acceptor, because in the evening and on weekends it's a real quest- how to put money on a card or make a cash payment.
The electronic queue has been implemented, but it's not much use. As there were kilometer-long queues, so they remained. And the info kiosk on the street is full. Even bills issued by a nearby ATM are not accepted by everyone
