Terrible service is very slow, you can sit for 1-2 hours. It probably wasn't much before the renovation, better than after. 2 cash desks only work on payments . There are no consultants in the room. Yes, it is very hot and stuffy in the room. The air conditioners don't work there at all. Probably saving money.
