It's a terrible place. There is no electronic queue (there is one at the post office, there is one at the pharmacy, but not here). Slow maintenance. We waited at the counter while the "specialist" was wandering around somewhere. We plunged into Soviet bureaucracy. God forbid you get a student's card there - you will turn gray.
There's always a queue. Is it really impossible to make an electronic queue? In summer, the air conditioner is still working, and in winter it is terrible to stand in winter clothes and even with a child. The consultant is good and adequate.
Bank-McDonald's because the queue of collective farm thinking is not able to win, as well as at the post office. Employees are treated like slaves - how can they work with enthusiasm at the same time?
The department itself is so-so, there are a lot of people. But the staff working with legal entities is wonderful. I cover the other disadvantages with my work.
