The department wishes the best (((( There are always queues during rush hour. On 22/04, I went to buy Russian rubles, stood 45 m away, one cash register was working, only after a queue of 20 people, someone from the management bothered to open the second window. As a result: out of 11 thousand rubles, I was told that only 2 thousand rubles were available. The question is, when a person takes a room in the queue, why can't the person at the reception come up and specify how much and what they want to buy or exchange??? And in my situation, to warn you that the desired amount is not available.. There are a lot of employees, but there is little use(( By the way, there were no bills in the ATM itself, and it was not even possible to withdraw cash.

As in the old branch, there are often queues at the ticket office. There is only one ATM and one information kiosk for such a branch, and there are often a lot of people too. Plus, they work around the clock!

Standard compartment. A lot of people, mostly the elderly... the electronic queue works every other time.. the service is slow, or rather sleepy. But if you're not in a hurry, then it's worth waiting. The staff is polite and knowledgeable. I would also like to adapt parking somewhere and it would be super!

We waited at the counter while the "specialist" was wandering around somewhere. We plunged into Soviet bureaucracy. God forbid you get a student's card there - you will turn gray.
