Very slow service. 2-3 windows out of 8 are working!!! There is an electronic queue! but this confuses the people even more. In different windows, operators perform certain operations, so the people who came after you can be served earlier. Interestingly, this was done specifically to create a queue or just not competent staff.
I do not recommend this branch to anyone. I am far from being picky about queues at banks, but this branch crosses all boundaries. There are always a maximum of 2 cashiers working there, although there are 3 times more jobs. The queues are huge, for at least an hour. I avoid it after 3 visits.
Sometimes there are incompetent specialists who have to redo everything for other, competent specialists. The record time in the queue is 40 minutes and the service is 50 minutes.
