Slow maintenance. It took 15 minutes to issue the card. I had to wait 3 minutes for a specialist to verify the documents, but alas, I had to leave the operation unfinished, because there was no time to wait any further. There was one person in front of me in the queue with some kind of card question, he was served for more than 15 minutes. Sorry, more than half an hour for 2 people is too much!
