✅ Speed of service– despite the queue, everything went quickly thanks to the precise work of the staff.
Comfortable atmosphere– clean, cozy, there is a waiting area with comfortable chairs.
Openness of information– the manager explained the terms of the service in detail, answered all questions.
Minuses:
Queues during peak hours– had to wait about 1 hour
