To get a student's card, I had to spend 2 hours in the bank. In one window, sign documents (which could have been prepared by the bank in advance), and in the second window, get a card.
The service in the bank remained at the same Soviet level, the electronic queue does not speed up the service, the placement and waiting time in the bank also wants the best, like everything else
