The service is good, I have been to this branch twice and I was satisfied both times. My visits were in the morning, so there were no queues and the specialists were not tired. I understand the dissatisfied visitors, but it's worth remembering that we are all human beings, and the human factor is no stranger to bank employees. Yes, the location is not the best and I want more comfort. Good luck to all.

A department with a terrible smell and repairs. We are not talking about security. How does a cashier working with money sit without protection? There is a lot of space at the bottom and above for inadequate people who are willing to do a lot for money. Don't you worry about your employees? Picking up a client's phone, protecting personal data? Haven't you heard? Disclose the amount to pay the loan to third parties. There is no privacy.

Awful. Is it really impossible to answer customer questions in a clear, accessible language. Without flaunting terms and regulations. With any request to issue a card, open an account, make a transfer, etc. you have to pull out answers with ticks. To suggest how it is more convenient, cheaper or more profitable to get this or that service is not fate at all. I leave almost with tears and the feeling that you are an idiot. Today, when asked by a consultant how to transfer money to the Russian Federation, I received a bunch of terms and a story about restrictions, about cards, systems, etc. Just stupidly you can't get away from this bank working in the state budget, you have to. In a word, in a neighboring bank, I was issued both an account and a virtual card and a transfer by Phone! without any swifts and worlds, in 20 minutes, friendly and comfortable. BB is a terrible bank!

For the first time in my life, I did not experience a negative feeling from visiting Belarusbank. I would like to note the politeness and efficiency of the staff of this department, with whom I had to interact, especially N.I. Burov, an insurance specialist. Despite all previous experiences of contacting various branches of Belarusbank (they are all negative), this specialist stands out very much for his professional attitude to work and extremely polite interaction with clients. I can't even believe that such people still work in Belarusbank. Among the disadvantages of the branch itself: a small area and no ATM.
