...It's bad That There are NO Grades of + 5 points, but they put it like that and, as they say, WITHOUT Hesitation!!! ...Today, on September 02, we went to pay [apartment tax] and, By the way, FOR the FIRST TIME In This branch of Belarusbank, We took, As It Should Be, an Electronic coupon (note, There were only 3 (three) clients in the hall, NOT Counting us!!!) and a MIRACLE really Happened: One Of the Employees Of This branch, Having Released Her client, Walked around and, as they say, took Turns and Asked Each Of the three for Which banking transaction they Were Waiting for Their turn, and Then Came up to us personally and our Question Was Very Quickly resolved and NOT through the So-called a "banking window", and through a bank terminal or an information kiosk and really In a Matter of minutes!!! ... and, Isn't THIS the Attitude towards Its customers THAT DESERVES THE HIGHEST RESPECT???!!! Thank you for your Attention!!!

Periodically, the need enters this department. And every time the service is at a snail's pace, even a small queue condemns you to a long wait. There are not enough cashiers, but nevertheless a consultant and two economists have appeared in the department, who are sitting idle. There are no complaints about the employees themselves, they deserve their star👍
