A good bank and everything in it except queues, and I recommend it.
Good staff, but I don't really like huge queues, it's very annoying that there is no round-the-clock information kiosk with a bill receiver, sometimes you need to top up your card with cash, and you need to wait for the bank to open.
During rush hour, the ticket offices are closed for a break, there is no need to close them earlier or later with an influx of visitors. And the staff works OK.
