It is large, spacious with pleasant and always ready to help consultants. I am glad to have an ATM and an information kiosk with a cash receiver outside the bank (not everyone has this, and banks do not work on weekends and it is difficult to find an information kiosk with cash reception).
I come to this bank every day to deposit the proceeds. Since September, I took a pre-registration voucher. And there were never any questions. We were served on time and everything was fine. In December, they stopped taking me by appointment without explaining the reason. Initially, the consultants simply did not call me according to my time. And then they started canceling my pre-recordings altogether. While I was receiving the proceeds, I accidentally overheard a conversation between the branch manager and the bank employee who was serving me at that moment. From the conversation, I heard the manager say that they do not have an appointment to deliver the proceeds. But this is not written anywhere!!!
I also want to add that there are always long queues at the bank. Only 2 out of 3 cash desks are always open, and there are days when there is only 1 at all.
The impression is terrible about this branch of the bank. I would not advise anyone to come here, otherwise just spend your time (at least 30-40 minutes) sitting in line.
It's nice to visit after the renovation has been done. But queues.. are the pain of most banks. It's awesome that there is a 24-hour terminal with a bill acceptor, as well as an ATM. There would be more built-in terminals 24 hours with a bill acceptor in the city.
