A good bank branch. There are 2 self-service terminals at the entrance, where you can make payments both by card and in cash. There is a terminal at the beginning of the main hall that issues a ticket with the queue number, which is very convenient. The staff is friendly. In my opinion, this is how all bank branches should look.

I don't like this department. There are always a lot of people, it's stuffy, you can't sit down, because there are practically no places. There is always a queue at the entrance, because they are still queuing for payment at the information kiosk. It's been so long, because few people know how to pay for everything themselves, they are waiting for a consultant. Is it really impossible to make an opportunity to replenish an account on a card on the street in an information kiosk? Because of such inconveniences, therefore, I do not even want to go there. Somehow, I don't want to offend anyone - I just expressed my point of view. Thank you.
