I contacted the bank to check the loan application from a partner for the purchase of a car, because only this bank can advise, I called the operational service - they didn't even want to talk and check anything. Come to our office, then we'll see and it doesn't matter that I'm in another city. Why launch a loan program and write in it without visiting the bank, if the employees send everything exactly to the bank is not clear.
The next day, we came to the bank 50 km from the Minsk region so that the specialist could tell us that Belarusbank has its own formula for calculating monthly loan payments from other banks and does not care what is written in your loan agreement and what payments you pay. Our bank has its own calculations. And of course, it was impossible to tell this secret information over the phone. It's crazy, surreal, and a mockery of your own customers. I was forced to apply to another bank, even though I have been a client of Belarusbank for several years.

Zero service and customer service. There are only 2 people working in a bank that is large enough!!! Cash desks and +100,500 specialists. Why they are there in such numbers is not clear! As a result, the cash registers work extremely slowly. I've been sitting for 20! There were minutes in line and none of the ticket offices were empty . If you just want to kill time by waiting in line for a couple of hours before the bank closes, then you are here. In general, I do not recommend this bank to anyone. Previously, several specialists worked and there were many ticket offices. There are only two of them now. There are a lot of people all the time. Other banks in the Republic of Belarus work faster and better.
