We've been doing a lot of things in this bank all our lives. Convenient information kiosks and cards were issued, and loans were taken. Everything is professional, polite, friendly.
10/15/2020 arrived at the bank at 13.45, eight cash desks of which only 2 work, stood at 14.00, the consultant kicked everyone out and said lunch, wasted time.
You have to stand in line for a very long time, of all the ticket offices, even during rush hour, only a couple work. I don't know how, but I don't like this service.
