Very long customer service. There are two cash desks and they serve all questions and make a card to consult on a loan, etc., although it is possible to do this at the third cash desk, and not take a queue for cash transactions. You always stand in line for a very long time to hand over the proceeds or make some kind of payment. Maybe it's because of the cashiers. FOR A LONG TIME AND FOR A LONG TIME AGAIN.

The service is poor. It takes a very long time to wait for 20-30 minutes for each person. There are 3 cash desks, but in fact 2. The third cash desk stands and does not serve. To hand over currency or buy, which does not take much time, you have to sit in line for hours. Take action.

Not very attentive employees. I made a payment, not only did they take 3.50 rubles for the payment, but they also did not pay 50 kopecks. The printout is very light, nothing was visible. I had to pay 50 kopecks extra and again they tore off 2 rubles for the payment. The result is minus 5,50 rubles. So be careful, or pay in another bank. Recommend.
