When there are no queues, it's a wonderful bank, but when there is a queue, it's just terrible! You can stand for more than an hour. The administrator at the hall is a great fellow, he will always help with payment in the information kiosk in order to reduce the queue at the checkout.

On weekends, it is constantly impossible to replenish the card because the bill acceptor in your information kiosk does not accept bills-it is overflowing. The branch seems to be spacious and with great functionality, but this does not help at all: queues are constant, and I already want a breakthrough from the most widespread bank in the country (see the example of the Savings Bank in Russia), but for now we believe and hope for the best..
