It's just terrible, it takes half a day to get a card ready, first get to this wilderness and then stand in a wild queue, my mood disappears when I have to go to this bank, there are no questions for the staff, but the central bank's management does not respond to customer complaints, just unsubscribes.

The most brazen bank in Belarus. Treating customers only the way the bank wants. He never goes to meet his clients halfway. Just rules, rules and regulations. I transferred a small amount from another bank's card to a Belarusbank card. The transfer was made through the ERIP. The money was needed to quickly resolve the family issue. I note that the money turned out to be the last. The card was not replenished within 2 hours. I decided to call the Belarusbank hotline. And I get a response, the money will be credited at best the next day after 18:00. I think it's just terrible. Everything has become much faster in life. I have performed similar operations on other banks' cards more than once. The maximum transfer time is 30 minutes. And for this, these banks have a lot of respect. Life forced this operation to be carried out on the Belarusbank card and congestion. Please kindly change the situation. Otherwise, I will write such letters regularly and to all authorities. Believe me, customer loyalty is earned by thinking and acting about customers, and not in a way that is convenient for the bank. Change your attitude towards people. And it will come back to YOU a hundredfold.
