Bad separation. There is little space inside and it is stuffy. There are always queues and slow service. The cashier *forgot* to give the change 100 rubles. We waited until it returned 20 minutes. She didn't even apologize. I do not recommend this separation

It's a little cramped inside for such an area with a large flow of people, not very fast service, 2 windows work for more in-demand operations, the waiting time is 45 minutes or more

The department leaves much to be desired. It's stuffy, there aren't enough ticket offices, the queue is huge. I applied for a passport to issue a bank card, made a card with my maiden name, took it from my database, although the surname changed 10 years ago. I had to make a new card and wait another 2 weeks.
