I really want to write about the Sosnovy Bor sanatorium. This is the first time we came to the pandemic, and for 4 consecutive years my family and I have been traveling from St. Petersburg to this wonderful sanatorium. A very good medical facility, excellent staff, good food, and a gorgeous park. This is the first time we have come for the May holidays, and every year we always try to come to these holidays to enjoy the atmosphere of cultural events created by the employees of the cultural department. I would especially like to mention the work of the cult organizer, Foreman NV. She is tactful, patient, kind, fun, competently conducts all events and evenings, excursions. He will hear everyone, cheer them up with a word and a smile. Natalia is a real professional He's a PRO in his field, with a capital letter. I would like to express my gratitude to you for such employees as Foreman N.V. and to return to the Sosnovy Bor sanatorium more than once. I had a rest at the Radon sanatorium. I liked the cozy and peaceful atmosphere. The girl and I enjoyed the fresh air, walking around the territory and, of course, excellent service. I especially remember the set of relaxation procedures. We will be happy to come back here again!

We bought vouchers to one of the sanatoriums of this group (or the network, I don't know how to do it correctly). Six people were supposed to go (all from the same family from Moscow). But 2 days before arrival, Grandma is admitted to the hospital (intensive care unit) with pneumonia. We contacted the organization, we thought at least something could be returned, as we understood that we were giving up the season in a very short time, and even 6 people at once. We were asked to write an application, provide documents about the relationship, certificates from the hospital, and what was our surprise when the money was fully refunded to us (minus the bank's commission). A very humane approach, bravo. Be sure to contact this company (a group of companies, a network of🤷) for a trip to the sanatorium.
