The most disgusting bank I've ever met. Not only is there one office per city, but it's also a day off on Sunday.
The electronic queue does not help, since the queue at this bank alone is longer than at the clinic, and the record for queuing for various issues is 2 hours of waiting.
There is no service.
The client's notification system for important events is dead.
At first, they promised that the card would be renewed automatically - as a result, a month later they were blocked without any warnings and said that they had already thought of something and were no longer renewing it.
I waited 15 minutes to talk to a "specialist" on the phone, even though there were 3 people in line...
You always have to ask for leave at work to get into this wonderful branch. I waited in line for 40 minutes to make a new card.
The new card has been manufactured for so long that there are no words, and an alert has arrived about the manufacture on Friday, when the bank is closed, and the weekend is ahead and they are not working.
Now I have to take time off from work again and return to this wonderful institution.
I'll end up saying that I'm very sorry that this is my salary card and I can't get anywhere without it. With such service and customer service, I would never want to get involved with this bank.

I needed Belarusian rubles for payment, so I decided to use this bank. Initially, I thought to use the cash register inside the bank, but the cashier suggested that it would be more profitable to exchange at the terminal on the street.

Somehow, a bank was needed for currency exchange and chose this branch of the BAPB. My turn came up pretty quickly, I didn't even have time to enjoy waiting on the couch. Good service, very spacious inside.
