Yandex. Checkout does not accept payments for inspection, only through an information kiosk. They say there's some kind of technical malfunction. There's a queue at the kiosk, thank God at least the employee helps. By the way, the employee is competent and pretty. Five stars to the employee for her help. One star jar for nerves.

There is almost never a queue at this bank. It is very clean and cozy. The staff is friendly.
The only drawback is the old ATM, which has long needed to be replaced with a modern one
